Terms and Conditions
Memberships have a minimum of a 6-month length of the contract. Membership offers contract length is 12-month. After this time, the payments will continue until you give 30 days’ notice of termination. Cancellation Policy at Xcellence Pilates
By booking a class with Xcellence Pilates, you agree to the terms and conditions as set out below. We want you to enjoy and benefit from your Pilates and TRX classes, so in order to keep it fair for all clients and teachers, we have a strict booking and cancellation policy in place. If you cancel outside of the cancellation window afforded to you please respect that we are within our rights to apply the policy as stated below, and make no exception. If anything is unclear, or you have questions regarding our Cancellation Policy please contact us at xcellencepilatesandmore@gmail.com If we cancel we can guarantee we will re-credit the pass or where applicable refund the cost of the class.
By Booking Classes With Us, You Will Receive
Expert, experienced teaching from fully qualified Pilates Reformer ABS Pilates and TRX teachers.
OPENING HOURS
A weekly schedule with classes every day of the week.
Our opening hours are:
7am-1pm Mon-Friday
5pm- 8pm Mon-Thursday
8am-11am Saturdays
The studio is closed on Chritsmas and New Year Holidays only.
Booking and Payments
Bookings are final; no refunds or exchanges can be given, so please be sure of your purchase. Your class or session is confirmed on receipt of payment. If you choose to pay by bank transfer or cheque, your place is only secure once we have received the payment and notified you of receipt.
Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable. Should you become unwell or injured please notify by text or call to: (915) 201-0665 and your case will be assessed on an individual basis, after which a pause, credit or refund may be considered.
Membership Policy
Monthly Membership
The monthly memberships have a 6- or 12-month minimum requirement when purchasing. After this time, the payments will continue until you give notice of termination.
Payments
Payments will be taken automaticly by card every 30 days , the 1st date of each month.
Leftover Classes
Our membership options include 1x, 2x, 3x classes a week or 4x classes a week – this quota of classes can be used throughout the month. Classes cannot be carried over to the next month. On months where there are 31 days, we give an additional class credit.
We understand you may not be around to attend classes during the months of December August & April since these are the holiday seasons. If you do miss a class in these months you can carry classes over to the following month but the rollover classes must be used within 2 weeks and depend of the spots availabylity.
Membership Fees
Xcellence Pilates reserves the right to review and change membership fees periodically. There are 6 and 12-month membership options. Your monthly membership fees will remain the same as at your membership start date throughout your contracted period. Once your contract period has come to an end, the membership fee will be charged at the rate at the renewal time.
Freezing Membership
We are able to freeze your monthly subscriptions Once a year for 2 weeks. If you have unexpected, exceptional circumstances, such as if you give us the great news that you are pregnant or the sad news that you are suffering ill health or injury, we would, of course, extend the expiry date/ pause membership.
Membership Cancellation
To terminate your membership, you must give us 30 days’ notice via email to: xcellencepilatesandmore@gmail.com. This will indicate the time when no further membership payments will be taken. No pro-rata payments or refunds for the part used months will be permitted. If you wish the membership to terminate after 3, 6 or 12 months, you must notify us 30 days before the end of this period to ensure that no further payment will be taken from your account.
